It helps to know exactly where your earnings go. There are two kinds of fees on every transaction.

Platform fee

This is the fee our site takes to run and maintain the platform. It’s shown as a percentage on every transaction and is deducted automatically — you never need to pay it separately.

Payment processing fee

This is charged by the payment processor (for card payments, PayPal, etc.) and covers the cost of moving money. This fee varies slightly by payment method and country.

Where to see the breakdown

Every transaction in Dashboard → Earnings → Transaction history shows:

• Gross amount (what the supporter paid)
• Platform fee
• Processing fee
• Net amount (what’s added to your balance)

Do supporters pay extra fees?

No. Supporters pay exactly the amount shown at checkout. Fees are deducted from your earnings, not added on top for the supporter.
